What You’ll Do As our Accounts Manager, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and growing relationships with our valued partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing and nurturing relationships with multiple accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
Conducting occasional site visits to partner locations (reliable transportation required).
Keeping detailed records and notes using CRM tools to track account activity and ensure seamless communication.
Collaborating with internal teams to address partner needs and deliver exceptional service.
De-escalating challenging conversations with empathy and high emotional intelligence.
What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
At least 1 year of experience in account management or a related role.
2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or another relationship-driven field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Comfort with technology, including CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.
Reliable transportation for occasional partner site visits.
The ability to pass a background check (HIPAA training will be provided).
