Medical Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary Salary: $50–$60K. Type: Temp to Hire/Direct. Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries related to health and welfare benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Prepare and deliver reports for clients and senior leadership, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Monitor account activity to ensure compliance. Collaborate with internal teams including customer service and claims departments to resolve client issues and improve the overall service experience. Oversee accounts, monthly reports, adds/terms, Cobra. Qualifications Experience working client benefit accounts. Strong experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to provide excellent client support with strong written and verbal communication skills. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
