A Taste of What You'll Do

Join a team that helps employees build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. As a Training Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences that support operational excellence, employee development, and organizational success. You will facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs, help employees learn critical job skills, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role, you will deliver a variety of training programs, including Glass Manufacturing, New Hire Orientation, Leadership Development, and Train the Trainer initiatives. You will partner with instructional designers and learning teams to enhance content, customize delivery methods to meet learner needs, and ensure training objectives are achieved. Your ability to engage diverse audiences, adapt training approaches, and create a positive learning environment will help drive employee performance and development.

You will also support training administration by maintaining accurate records, managing learning management system activities, coordinating logistics, gathering participant feedback, and contributing to special projects. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence learning strategies, and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience while supporting safe and compliant operations.

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

* Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

* Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills.

* Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from the audience

* Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery.

* Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at an intermediate level.

* Required to lift and move materials that can weigh up to 50lbs.

* Required to be 21 years of age or older.

* Required to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.

* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

* Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

* Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training programs reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of Corporate training experience that includes delivering educational content and corporate training reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

* Certified in delivery of best-in-class training (e.g., IVES, TWI, Langevin) to deliver training; previous leadership experience; experienced in using virtual training platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Webex or Adobe Presenter.

* Skilled in quickly grasping and understanding new information; skilled in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.

* Experience working in the Glass Manufacturing industry and possesses basic knowledge of Glass Manufacturing products.

• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
