Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Qualifications 2-3 years of dental front office experience required Experience with Eaglesoft Familiarity with dental insurance, CDT codes, and dental terminology Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data Strong verbal communication and listening skills Energetic and flexible Must be a team player Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through Work well in a fast-paced, pressure-oriented environment Well-organized and detail-oriented Exhibit sound judgment Strong computer skills are required Able to understand and communicate dental/orthodontic terminology
