YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLE

You'll work a steady Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule, giving you weekends to relax or have fun!

As an entry-level Administrative Specialist - Accounts Payable and Receivable, your day starts with managing invoices, making sure everything is accurate and paid on time. You'll answer phones, assist customers with questions, and ensure all our records are organized and up to date. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly in the office, and your attention to detail will help us deliver top-notch service to our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Dealertrack & accounts payable experience a plus!
