Bookkeeper

Full Time Bookkeeping Position for Local Accounting Company! All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in all aspects of bookkeeping, be highly skilled and knowledgeable with QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Excel and MS Office to be considered for the position. Applicants must be highly organized, detail oriented, able to take initiative, and efficient with the ability to effectively prioritize. Responsibilities Upholds current accounting systems, processes and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate input of individual client transactions, as well as appropriate controls, checks and balances so that accounting records are consistent Maintains clients’ accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting day to day transactions – including, but not limited to split transaction entries, bill pay, credit card allocations, bank reconciliations, payroll, and filing requirements Responsible for the initial preparation of financial reports including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statements, Monthly Budgets, and other reports as necessary for final preparation Communicates on behalf of clients with outside vendors and other associates, as needed Works with outside CPA firms for tax preparation and communication, as needed Couriers duties to and from clients, as needed Performs internal office manager duties, as needed Pay and Benefits Pay: $30-$35 per hour DOE 100% premium coverage for medical, dental and vision Two weeks paid vacation, three days of sick leave Job Type Full Time Experience QuickBooks Desktop, Excel and MS Office: 2 years (Required) Bachelor's Degree preferred Work Schedule Hybrid - 2-3 full days per week in office (flexible on which days). #J-18808-Ljbffr Willow Tree HR Consulting
