Rosewood Miramar Beach, a Rosewood Hotel, is seeking a talented Paymaster responsible for processing biweekly payroll and maintaining payroll and Time and Attendance systems in accordance with hotel standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmental and hotel policies and standards. Ensure high standards of service daily. Maintain knowledge of ADP, Excel, Lotus, and equipment use. Set up and organize workstation, answer phones professionally. Verify signatures on checks and requests, perform payroll corrections with approvals. Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data and checks. Verify new hire data, review and correct hours, train managers on ADP systems. Perform payroll audits, maintain files, verify codes, and handle manual checks and voids. Print reports, complete month-end procedures, and distribute W2s annually. Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax regulations, including 401K and tip distributions. Skills and Qualifications: Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, organizational skills, good judgment, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential. Technical skills include proficiency with ADP, Excel, Lotus, and payroll systems. Fluent English required; additional languages preferred. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical movements as needed. A high school diploma and at least two years of payroll processing experience are required. The pay range is $27.00 to $32.00 per hour.
