To provide this high level of service we must hire the most competent employees who are capable of delivering the Bejac experience.Our Placentia, CA branch is currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist.ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate paymentsReview and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documentationReconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting systemAssist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payableRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issuesPreparing check runs, mailing checks, processing paymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper expense coding and approval processesSchedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to FridayNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
