Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: 1 year recent experience in acute med-surg/tele. 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates. License: Active RN license in New York Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: Candidates must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Required to float to other units if needed. Must be willing to work charge and will receive training. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. Description: This position is for a cardiac med/tele unit. The unit has 43 beds. The shift is nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. 36 and 48 hours per week are available. Candidates are required to work 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Recent experience in acute med-surg/tele is required. Experience in a similar role is preferred. Candidates must hold an active RN license in New York and AHA BLS certification. Charting will be done using EPIC. Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed.
