Account Service Advisor - ITSM (fully remote in the US)

Date: Jul 22, 2026 Location: Remote, GA, US Company: NTT DATA Services We are seeking an Account Service Advisor to join our team in the United States. This position is fully remote; candidates must live in the United States and work East Coast hours. Overview The Account Service Advisor provides ITIL-based service support and account management, coordinating incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis. This role involves managing and overseeing service delivery processes across incident, problem, request, change, service level, and configuration management, as well as resource coordination, client management, dispute resolution, technical resolution, and communications throughout engagements from tactical to strategic levels. Responsibilities Oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL-based service support and technical account management, coordinating incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis. Manage and oversee service delivery processes including incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, configuration management, and related activities. Coordinate resources and communications across clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Engage with clients at various levels during service engagements, from tactical to strategic discussions. Demonstrate deep subject matter expertise in own area and a broad understanding of related domains. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 8+ years of Service Management experience, including leading high-level service delivery processes and related projects. ITIL Foundation Certification with strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles. Preferred Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document and communicate processes clearly. Strong Excel skills and ability to perform general office tasks. Ability to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required. Owns and/or manages one or more service delivery processes; leads continuous improvement activities in support of client or internal business processes. Education Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred. Compensation and Benefits NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $71,000–$105,000. Actual compensation will depend on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
