As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Account Manager who can become a trusted advisor to clients while helping identify new opportunities for growth. The Role: As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, leading strategy, managing relationships and ensuring campaigns deliver against commercial objectives. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work across multiple marketing disciplines, acting as the link between clients and internal specialists. You'll confidently lead client meetings, oversee campaign delivery and ensure every piece of work aligns with each client's wider business goals. You'll also identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services and strategic recommendations. What You'll Do: Manage a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through to delivery. Lead client meetings, reporting and strategic reviews. Oversee paid media, SEO, website and content activity. Brief and coordinate internal teams across multiple disciplines. Review campaign performance and make commercially focused recommendations. Support website projects, landing pages and digital campaigns. Identify upsell opportunities across existing client accounts. Build long‑term client relationships based on trust and results. Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. About You: 5+ years' marketing experience, some of which must be in a marketing agency environment. Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, websites and digital marketing strategy. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Confident leading client meetings and presenting strategic recommendations. Commercially minded with a proactive approach to account growth. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Previous remote working experience. Full UK driving licence would be beneficial. The Package: Fully remote working.
