Logistics Coordinator

Let Vaco advocate for you! We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing team and help keep daily shipping and transportation operations running smoothly. This person will work with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve issues as they arise. If you're organized, enjoy problem-solving, and can manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Schedule and track deliveries to ensure they arrive on time Communicate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments Monitor inventory and shipment status and provide updates as needed Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records Help identify ways to improve logistics processes and efficiency Assist with other supply chain and logistics tasks as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred At least one year of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related role Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with transportation or warehouse management systems is a plus Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
