Employment Type Full time Position Purpose Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between the office and all outside parties. Primary duties: scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into the system, filing and maintaining patient medical records. Specialty: Primary Care Location: 370 E Broad St, Pataskala, OH 43062 Hours: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm What You Will Do Welcome patients Register patients Gather insurance, check demographics Soft collections Answer incoming calls Use EPIC Minimum Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent Licensure / Certification: N/A Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred Basic computer skills required Position Highlights And Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision with coverage starting on day one.
