OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST 

Monday–Friday | Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM | Multidisciplinary Team

The Hope Learning Center is seeking a Clinic-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team serving children with autism, developmental delays, and other special needs.

Our IBHS Clinic provides a collaborative environment where Occupational Therapists work alongside other professionals to support each child's individual needs and help them build meaningful skills for success.

About the Clinic

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm , providing a consistent, structured environment for children and families. As a Clinic-Based OT, the children come to you! Rather than traveling into the home or community, you will be part of a clinic-based team dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized services to children with special needs together, onsite, using a multidisciplinary approach.

Core Tasks of the Occupational Therapist

• Provide occupational therapy services to children with autism, developmental delays, and other learning and developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary teams to develop and support individualized treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance related to occupational therapy services.
• Support children's development of functional, sensory, fine motor, self-care, and other skills.
• Monitor and document student progress and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and members of the multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current Pennsylvania State Board of Occupational Therapy License

• National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), if eligible

• At least one year of progressive experience as an Occupational Therapist

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays (Preferred)

• Experience in a school-based, pediatric, or multidisciplinary setting (Preferred)
