Human Resources Manager

Location: Chicopee, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $95,000-$100,000

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary HR contact for employees across multiple states.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
Coordinate employee benefits, leave of absence administration, and workers' compensation support.
Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding documentation, including I-9 compliance.
Ensure accurate employee setup and maintenance of records within ADP.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiting agencies on recruitment efforts.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Assist with improving and standardizing HR workflows, processes, and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and updates for leadership teams.
Support training initiatives and manager development programs.

Qualifications

10 years of Human Resources experience required.
Strong understanding of onboarding, benefits coordination, leave administration, and HR operations.
Experience using ADP is required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on tasks.
