We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our amazing Leasing team at a large Multi Family Property!
OFFERING GREAT COMPENSATION AND A GREAT COMMISSION
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in touring the property and viewing available units and lease apartments.
- LEASE!LEASE!LEASE!LEASE!LEASE!
- Provide information about rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials.
- Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify income.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are signed and completed.
- Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rent payments.
- Assist with property administrative tasks as needed.
- Interact with residents and prospect with customer service and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry and using computer software programs.
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures and customer relationship.
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants.
- Familiarity with facilities management practices is a plus.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- 5 Years leasing experience.
