About the Role We’re looking for a commercially driven TikTok Shop Growth Manager to lead the charge on growing our TikTok Shop presence in Germany. This is a dual role, combining new business development with account management. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, pitching prospects, onboarding sellers, and helping them scale effectively on TikTok Shop. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing part of our business and to build a new growing area of the business. You’ll be supported by our existing UK TikTok Shop operations team to deliver for clients. Key Responsibilities Drive growth of TikTok Shop in Germany by bringing new clients into the agency Build and manage a pipeline of seller leads, managing outreach and follow-ups Pitch TikTok Shop services and onboarding packages to ecommerce brands and sellers Provide strategic support and account management for existing TikTok Shop clients Deliver performance insights and growth recommendations to help brands succeed Work closely with our internal creative, affiliate, influencer, and paid media teams Liaise with TikTok’s regional teams for opportunities, updates, and support Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, features, and best practices in the German market Requirements and Qualifications Fluency in both German and English 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, influencer marketing, or social media Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop or other ecommerce marketplaces preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr StudySmarter
