Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Entry-Level) Location: Aliso Viejo, CA Contract (W2) Rate: $20/hr to $25/hr Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews. Manage candidate meet-and-greet activities and ensure a positive interview experience. Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotel accommodations. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures and maintain an exceptional candidate experience. Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and recruitment-related tasks. Provide regular support to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
