Position Description Summary: Welcoming approach to the membership. Responsible for consistent pours of drinks served from bar area as well as glasses and other items used at bar areas in a controlled and pleasant manner. Serves members including taking food orders and assisting servers on floor when needed. Assists with beverage inventory as well as any other assigned duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

v Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons by taking orders from customers of servers, mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks, serving wine and draft or bottled beer, ordering or requisitioning liquors and supplies, arranging bottles and glasses to make attractive display, preparing fruit and other garnishes, preparing and replacing bar snacks.

v Assist servers when needed on the floor to serve beverages, clear and buss tables when available

vEnter food orders into Point of Sale System to serve members at bar and assist servers on floor when bar is not busy.

v Position requires to work nights, weekends, double shifts and holidays during the season.

v Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Education, Experience, Knowledge:

v At least hold a high school diploma, bartender certification and training preferred.

v Must have 3 years of bartending experience in restaurant/club.

v Must possess good written and oral communication skills.

v Computer literate.

v Excellent customer service skills

Sommelier Position: Minimum level two intermediate Wine and Spirits a plus.

Physical Demands:

Must be able spend long period of time on their feet, walking, standing, stooping, and lifting, carrying food trays, tables, chairs, and furniture up to 50 pounds.

v Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
