Position Summary The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts for skilled trades and facility management positions nationwide. This role is ideal for a recruiter who already has experience recruiting within HVAC, MEP, building automation, facilities maintenance, construction trades, or industrial maintenance sectors. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and placing highly qualified candidates while building long‑term relationships with both clients and talent pipelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, tech‑savvy, and highly motivated by commission‑based earnings. This role offers commission from day one, with strong earning potential well into six figures.
