What You'll Bring:

• NBRC (RRT) certification and Indiana licensure required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with at least 18 months recent ICU experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BCLS, RRT
• Demonstrated skillset in respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostics
• Ability to float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan hospitals as needed
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work every other weekend and night shifts (4x12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with neuro diagnostics procedures
• Additional certifications related to neuro or respiratory care
• Experience working in diverse hospital settings
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program (CoARC accredited)
• 2+ years of ICU experience, with recent ICU involvement strongly preferred
• Prior experience with neuro diagnostics is advantageous but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to float between multiple hospital locations
• Confirmation of comfort with the every other weekend shift schedule
• Ability to submit written confirmation of awareness of weekend requirements prior to submission
• Eligible for licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements
• This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $50.69, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, robust referral bonuses, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws.
