Required Skills:

• Active NBRC (RRT) certification and IN state license
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, with at least 18 months recent ICU experience
• Proficiency in respiratory and neuro diagnostic procedures
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to float among multiple facilities including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan hospitals
• Valid CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
• Flexibility to work every other weekend, night shifts (4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced neurodiagnostic equipment
• Prior experience in a multi-hospital system
• Additional certifications such as PALS or NRP
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Accredited educational program through CoARC and CHEA
• At least 18 months of recent ICU experience in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work every other weekend
• Coverage for float assignments across various hospitals
• Ability and willingness to adhere to all facility-specific policies and procedures
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel among assigned facilities
