What You'll Bring:

• Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Indiana license required
• Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience, with at least 18 months in similar settings
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, RRT
• Strong skills in neuro diagnostics and respiratory therapy
• Ability to float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan sites as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Additional certifications in neuro diagnostics or related fields
• Experience with complex ventilator management
• Prior experience with multi-site hospital systems

Preferred Education & Experience:

• CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program
• Regional accreditation through CHEA
• At least 2 years of professional experience, including recent ICU work

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work every other weekend
• Night shift (4x12-hour shifts, 19:00 07:30)
• Pre-screening confirmation from the traveler regarding weekend availability
• Travel between multiple hospital campuses
• Ability to meet all licensure, certification, and employment standards
