What You'll Bring:

• Current Indiana State Licensure (including approved temporary licenses)
• NBRC RRT certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications; PALS preferred
• NRP certification if placed in Labor & Delivery (can be obtained post-offer)
• Minimum of 2 years PICU experience within the last 3 years, with recent children's hospital experience
• L&D experience strongly preferred
• Experience in NICU, PICU, or Peds units; flexible to float among these specialties and to IU Health North Hospital when needed
• Ability to work 4x12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) every other weekend, with prescreening confirmation of awareness and comfort with this schedule

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for pediatric critical care. In addition, familiarity with level 1 adult facilities is a plus.


Preferred Education & Experience:

• Accredited educational background by CoARC and CHEA-recognized institutions
• Previous experience in children's hospitals within recent years

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to float across NICU, PICU, and Peds as needed
• Prescreening confirmation regarding every other weekend schedule
• Ability to work in Indiana, including applying for both temporary and permanent licenses
• Ability to meet all certification and licensure requirements, including obtaining certifications like NRP if necessary
