We're seeking a driven sales professional to grow our residential customer base and manage roofing and exterior projects from sale to completion, delivering an exceptional homeowner experience every step of the way. What You'll Do Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community relationships. Meet with homeowners for on-site inspections and guide them through next steps toward a signed job. Manage residential roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior projects from start to finish. Utilize our CRM to track leads, manage your pipeline, and stay on top of every project. Coordinate materials, permits, schedules, and project timelines. Prepare and present tailored estimates, proposals, and financing options to homeowners. Confidently present any pricing and close deals face-to-face with homeowners. Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct project inspections and ensure quality standards are met. Track project profitability and documentation. Resolve field issues quickly and professionally. What We're Looking For Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Comfortable networking and building relationships that lead to new business. Confident presenting pricing and closing deals face-to-face with homeowners. Strong communication and relationship building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self motivated and organized. Construction, roofing, or exterior restoration experience preferred. Problem solving mindset with attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates should possess strong sales and new business development skills. What We Offer $35,000 base salary plus commission, with uncapped earning potential.
