Role Overview
Provide real-world insights about how you advise clients and complete enrollments for Medicare Advantage plans. This paid, one-time research activity collects multiple-choice and short voice-recorded answers to inform the design of AI tools aimed at improving Medicare plan and agent member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Complete a structured online survey, approximately 20 minutes in length.
Answer multiple-choice questions and record short voice responses.
Share concrete perspectives on selling and enrolling clients in Medicare Advantage plans across carriers and products.
Submit all responses within the given timeline for the study.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed health insurance agent or broker who personally enrolls clients in Medicare Advantage plans.
Actively sold Medicare Advantage plans during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period, AEP.
Work type may be independent agent, agency owner or principal, agency-employed agent, or tele-sales agent. Captive single-carrier employees are not eligible.
Comfortable providing voice-recorded responses, with access to a microphone and a quiet environment.
Able to independently complete an online survey of approximately 20 minutes.
Work Terms
Format: Online survey comprised of multiple-choice questions and short voice-recorded answers.
Duration: Around 20 minutes total.
Engagement type: One-time participation.
Location: Remote, United States only.
Compensation
One-time payment of $140, issued after successful verification of the submitted responses.
Eligibility
Must be based in the United States.
Must hold an active health insurance license and personally enroll clients in Medicare Advantage plans.
Must have actively sold Medicare Advantage during the most recent AEP.
Acceptable work arrangements include independent agent, agency owner or principal, agency-employed, or tele-sales. Captive single-carrier employees are not eligible.
Must have access to a microphone and a quiet place to record short voice answers.

Complete the online survey, supplying multiple-choice answers and the required short voice recordings.
Submit all responses within the study timeline.
Submissions will be verified, and qualified participants will receive the one-time payment after successful verification.
