Key Responsibilities of the Level 2 RN Chemo Certified Med Surg

• Create individualized care plans for patients
• Recognize and treat cancer-related issues
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to share expertise and knowledge
• Conduct cancer research to enhance treatment protocols
• Provide supportive resources to patients and families
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment expectations
• Monitor and record patient progress consistently
• Document patient responses to treatment and medication

Requirements of the Level 2 RN Chemo Certified Med Surg

• BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Must have Epic EMR experience
• Chemo Certification
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
