We offer:Competitive salaries and benefits offeringsMedical/dental/vision insurance and voluntary insurance optionsHealth Savings Account funding401k matching programCompany paid Life and Short-Term Disability PlansSupplemental Life and Long-Term Disability OptionsComprehensive Wellness ProgramGenerous PTO Package - Vacation, Holiday, Sick, and Personal Time OffGreat work/life balance, because that's important for all of us!Focus on creating a meaningful environment through employee engagement eventsThe ability to be a part of a motivated, winning team with the opportunity to learn from colleagues who are amongst the top talent in the industry!Growth potential - HUB is constantly growing and so can your career!A rewarding career that helps local businesses in the communityStrong community support and involvement through HUB GivesUnder the direction of the Commercial Lines Services Team, this position will provide support to clients and Account Executives in obtaining, maintaining, and servicing commercial lines accounts.Responsibilities:Serves as a primary point of contact for insureds clients, responding to inquiries about their policies, coverage billing, and general service needs in a timely and professional manner.Generates and processes COIs and EOPs, ensuring requested turnaround time within 24-48 hours, requested language aligns with actual policy terms and flagging discrepancies to the account manager or account executive prior to issuance.Maintains responsive client communication in accordance with HUB Service Standards for all client and carrier email inquiries.Processes policy endorsements across multiple of commercial insurance by adding/deleting vehicles and drivers, mailing addresses, contact information, premise addresses, etc. Keeping communication with the Account Executive to make sure they are aware of the changes including documenting in system correctly.Retrieves, organizes, and distributes policy documentation from carrier portals in support of Account Executives and Account Managers.Manages premium payments, processes cancellations, and communicates status updates to client and internal team members.Creates and maintains Summaries of Insurance for client review, renewal preparation, and marketing purposes.Reviews new and renewal policies for accuracy against binders and applications, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections with carriers.Sends policies to insured after they have been accurately checked.Answers insureds inquiries about their coverage, payment structure, etc.Coordinates and tracks loss run requests, ensuring timely receipt and proper routing for account review.Supports premium audit processes by gathering required documentation and servicing as a liaison between the client and the carrier.Maintains accurate and complete client files within EPIC in accordance with HUB documentation standards and E&O compliance requirements.Adheres to HUB Binding authority guidelines and escalates issues requiring Account Executive or Producer Involvement appropriately.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:High School or equivalent required.Must have a valid Florida state 4-40 license; 2-20 license preferred.1-2 years of experience in insurance client support.Excellent customer service tone and good work ethic.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong technical insurance knowledge and background.Strong customer service focus, energetic, action oriented and ready to seize any opportunity.Responds with a sense of urgency as required.Ability to multitask.Ability to work independently but also assists members of the team.Ability to always maintain professional manner.High Degree of self-motivation, discipline, and discretion.Advanced time management and organization skills.Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel knowledge.
