Production Planner III

About The Role The Production Planner III is responsible for creating and maintaining efficient production schedules, ensuring that materials, resources, and labor align to meet production goals and deadlines. This role supports Lean Manufacturing practices, implements demand scheduling tools, and utilizes advanced skills in ERP, MRP, MS Project, Excel, and SQL to optimize production planning. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align schedules with business objectives, maintain accurate records, monitor progress, adjust schedules to address issues or delays, analyze data for insights, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You should align with our values, mission, and goals, and meet the minimum qualifications below. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience). Typically 5+ years of related experience. Highly skilled with ERP, MRP, Excel, and SQL. Extensive experience with production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment, preferably Aerospace or Automotive. Proven track record of optimizing production processes and improving efficiency. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support decision‑making. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as ISO9001. Understanding of capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize production efficiency. Preferred Qualifications Certification: APICS. Experience using Python, R, MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau. Compensation Pay Range: $81,283.00 – $111,763.75. Base compensation is determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on experience, education, and market competitiveness.
