Home Health Coding and OASIS Reviewer

To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining communication with clients. Key responsibilities Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments Educate clients on coding trends and OASIS guidelines through direct communication and participation in meetings Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS conventions, ensuring compliance and professional knowledge Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality Certification in Home Health Coding is required Certification in OASIS is required Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and compliance guidelines
