Medical Office Receptionist

Nextaff is urgently hiring an experienced Medical Office Receptionist to work with a busy primary care practice in Bradenton, FL. As a Medical Office Receptionist, you'll be greeting and checking in patients, answering telephone calls and fielding inquiries regarding scheduling, prescription refills, billing, and other general patient questions and ensuring patient notes are updated. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire assignment, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, that provides a clear path to earning a permanent position with great benefits with our client.

What We Need From You:

Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office environment
Bilingual skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, is a plus
You have knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
You have experience documenting in and updating patient data in EHR application (experience with eClinicalWorks preferred)
You are friendly, outgoing, have an excellent telephone presence and enjoy solving problems
Background and drug screening required
