Title Clerk Rewards for Title Clerk: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience Full benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Matching 401(k) plan Career growth potential Growing national auto auction company Work Hours for Title Clerk: Monday - Wednesday 9AM - 5PM Thursday 9AM - 6PM Friday 9AM - 2:00PM Responsibilities for Title Clerk: Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently Research and resolve missing or incorrect title documentation in a timely manner Complete applications to transfer title ownership Review, enter, and record title information into the ASI operating system Maintain accurate customer and title databases Provide customer support via phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions Complete assigned inventory reduction tasks and provide updates to Sales and Account Management Communicate issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure timely resolution Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements for Title Clerk: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus 2+ years of experience processing vehicle titles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Computer proficiency High School Diploma or GED required Able to pass pre-employment screening Must be no less than 18 years of age America's is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
