Accounts Payable AccountantCreative Financial Staffing is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Quincy, MA to identify an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team.About the Company Seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant:Founded over 100 years ago, our client is in its fifth generation of family ownershipTruly care about the relationships they have with their customers and strives for transparency in their business dealingsWork hard for sustainability in their entire supply chain from start to finishCompetitive benefitsHybrid scheduleResponsibilities of the Accounts Payable Accountant Include But Are Not Limited To:Release/Audit/Review/Post freight invoices through Kofax, Raptor AX software, maintaining the integrity of company internal controlsProcess WIRE, ACH, and check payments on a rotating schedule, reviewing items presented for payment for accuracy before releasing paymentProcess invoices in ExArte against accruals- work with Logistics department to resolve discrepanciesManually post inbound freight and inventory invoices against accruals in Microsoft Dynamics AXManually post CORE traffic handwrites against accruals in Microsoft Dynamics AX, manually posting expense vouchers as neededResolve variances and issues with internal and external freight customersBackground Expected of the Accounts Payable Accountant:Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or experience equivalent3+ years of experience in accounts payable requiredExposure to Microsoft AX Dynamics preferredSalary Range: $55,000 – 70,000
