Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

RESPONSIBILITIES Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Make customers aware and offer company products and services. QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Be able to pass insurance exams and obtain insurance licenses. We show you how and this is sponsored!
