Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician who specializes in both inpatient and outpatient care. This role involves leading our Family Medicine inpatient team and managing the inpatient services.

• Provide clinical oversight for Family Medicine inpatients.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure that our inpatient training aligns with ACGME standards.
• Act as the liaison to the hospitalist division.
• Work closely with residency leadership, OB faculty, and clinical teams to enhance processes and promote performance improvement.
• Embody our organization’s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of care and education.

• MD or DO with a valid, unrestricted medical license in Ohio.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience post-residency.
• Proficient in POCUS, inpatient clinic care, and teaching residents and medical students.
• Ability to fulfill our organization’s credentialing and privileging requirements.

• Lead and mentor residents.
• Promote excellence in clinical care and education.
• Initiate quality improvement projects and support innovative care models.
