We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant . This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a well-established leader in aircraft electronics distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounting Manager with daily tasks and administrative functions
• Maintain organized filing and digital document systems
• Review emails and provide accurate responses to office staff, customers and vendors.
• Conduct collection calls and send follow-up emails to customers
• Identify and communicate potential issues or discrepancies to management

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in accounting is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

• Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and written/verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
