Position Overview Preci Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, tracking inventory movements, and helping keep materials and products moving smoothly through the facility. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Requirements Qualifications • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material handling preferred. • Experience with order fulfillment, inventory systems, or warehouse processes helpful. • Comfortable using, or willing to learn, barcode scanners and inventory tracking tools. • Pallet jack experience preferred, but training can be provided. • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records. • Basic math skills for counting, inventory tracking, and shipment verification. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move throughout the shift. • Reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team. • Basic English communication skills preferred.
