HR Business Partner - US Leasing

Job Summary JLL seeks an HR Business Partner to support the Central Region for US Leasing. This role partners with business leaders across multiple markets to execute people strategy, talent management and HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR contact for the Regional Leasing Lead. Implement talent strategy and develop a people agenda aligned with business outcomes. Lead talent acquisition, development, engagement, reward, performance management and employee relations initiatives. Partner with business leaders to influence, develop and integrate targeted people strategies. Provide HR perspective, coaching and data‑driven insights to decision‑makers. Drive talent pipeline development, succession planning and compensation reviews. Collaborate with JLL Talent & Rewards CoE and other HR centers. Ensure compliance and promote diversity, equity and inclusion. Essential Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of Human Resources experience. Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field required; master’s or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience as a trusted partner with strong analytics and financial acumen. Strong business and financial knowledge with ability to influence leaders. Experience operating within a matrixed organization and coaching indirect reports. Self‑motivated with strong work ethic, integrity and ability to handle ambiguity. Must not require visa sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the United States.
