Sous Chef

We are seeking a Sous Chef for our prestigious platinum club restaurant. Are you looking for a great quality of life for your family and an opportunity to join a talented culinary team? If you fit the qualifications below, we'd love to have you join our team!

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of culinary experience as Executive Chef either in a private club or luxury hotel
  • Experience managing a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant
  • Exceptional guest relations, team building and leadership skills
  • Butchering and seasonal menu development experience required
  • Proficient with training, mentoring and cost management
  • Country club experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
