Senior Counsel - Treasury and Clearing

Hybrid role with 4 days in office.Exciting opportunity to join growing legal team of investment bank.About Our ClientGlobal bank.Job DescriptionDraft, review, and negotiate legal documents for Fixed Income Clearing Sponsored Member Program; including the New York law-governed Master Repurchase Agreement and the New York law-governed FICC SMP Customer Agreement.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for the secured term loan business.Provide legal advice and guidance on related rules, regulations and applicable law.Advise business stakeholders on new potential new clearing relationships.Develop and maintain legal templates, negotiation playbooks, guidance notes, and governance materials.Work collaboratively, seeking guidance and input from colleagues throughout the organization.
