Supervising Physician

Physician (MD or DO) – Mobile Primary Care (Pasadena/Sherman Oaks Area) Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 per year Besht Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated physician to be the face of our mobile primary care practice in the Los Angeles area . We provide personalized medical care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, board & care homes, and private residences . This position offers a dynamic blend of 60% direct patient care and 40% clinical supervision , ideal for a physician who enjoys both bedside medicine and leading a care team. Responsibilities Travel to patient locations to provide in-person medical care Conduct telemedicine or in-office visits as needed Manage patients’ health as their primary care provider Supervise and support NPs and PAs, reviewing charts and signing off on notes Serve as the main point of contact for facility administrators Provide compassionate, high-quality care with professionalism and empathy Schedule 5x8: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 4x10: Tuesday–Friday or Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekend coverage as needed Requirements Active, unrestricted California MD or DO license Reliable vehicle for travel within Los Angeles Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable with technology and EHR systems Why Join Besht Wellness $300K–$350K annual salary , based on experience Flexible schedule and supportive team Opportunity to grow with an innovative mobile care model #J-18808-Ljbffr Besht Wellness
