Work Environment

As a remote provider, you will work from the comfort of your home while being fully equipped to manage client interactions through secure video conferencing platforms. Your typical workweek will run from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a work-life balance that is vital in the mental health profession.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on addressing anxiety, depression, family issues, and other mental health challenges.
• Actively engage with clients and their families to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship and encourage active participation in treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. By delivering tailored therapeutic interventions, you will play a crucial role in not only improving individual client outcomes but also in empowering families with the coping strategies and skills necessary to navigate their unique journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold an active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including a solid understanding of Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is highly valued, as it requires different skills compared to traditional in-person counseling.
• A background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care, will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
