Client Service Associate

Our client, a leading organization within the financial services industry, is seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join their team as Financial Services Professionals. This role provides comprehensive training, career development opportunities, and the chance to support financial professionals and investors while building a strong foundation in financial services.

This is an excellent entry point for recent graduates or professionals with customer service experience who are interested in growing their career within a stable and rapidly evolving industry.

Location:
Arizona (Remote, except for training)

Type:
12 month contract (potential for conversion)

Pay: $17-20/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Following the completion of training, you will serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals and investors, handling approximately 25-30 inbound interactions per day.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service across every interaction
• Responding to account-related inquiries and service requests
• Assisting with financial transactions and account maintenance activities
• Researching and resolving complex customer issues
• Navigating multiple systems and databases to provide accurate information
• Documenting customer interactions and service resolutions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Building strong relationships through professionalism, empathy, and effective communication

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0-2+ years of customer service, client support, call center, hospitality, retail, banking, or other service-focused experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Preferred

• Interest in building a career in financial services
• Exposure to banking, finance, investments, insurance, or related industries
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification or willingness to pursue industry licensing in the future
