Rudi's Organic and Gluten-Free Brands in Boulder, Colorado seeks a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, maintenance, and quality. You will drive capacity, margin targets, and cross-functional performance through KPI dashboards and an S&OP process. You will build the team, implement best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering on aggressive growth plans for Sandos and core product lines.
