Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten Sie: Neukundenakquise & Bestandskundenpflege: Identifikation potenzieller Neukunden, eigenständige Akquise sowie Entwicklung und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zu mittelständischen Kunden und internationalen Key Accounts in Europa Beratung & Verhandlung: Fachspezifische und individuelle Beratung zu unseren PE-Fässern und Kanistern mit zielgerichteter Verhandlungsführung bis zum finalen Abschluss Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalysen: Analyse aktueller Markttrends, Identifikation von Marktchancen sowie permanente Beobachtung und Analyse des Wettbewerbs zur Optimierung der eigenen Positionierung Netzwerkausbau: Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Pflege unseres Produktionsnetzwerks für PE-Fässer und Kanister im In- und Ausland Support & Reporting: Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Angeboten, Berichten und Statistiken, Organisation und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen (Marketing, Produktmanagement, Produktionsplanung und Logistik) Das sollten Sie mitbringen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Weiterbildung zum Fachkaufmann, Betriebswirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert • Sehr gute Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute MS Office- sowie SAP-Kenntnisse Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas Selbstständige, strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise Flexibilität und eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit #J-18808-Ljbffr Schütz GmbH & Co.
