For more information, visit The role As an Operations Specialist, you’ll manage high-touch service interactions, escalations, and credential validations to ensure a seamless provider experience. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple internal departments to support ongoing business operations and strengthen both facility and provider relationships. Where you’ll work This is a full-time, hybrid role based at our Irving, Texas, head office. Once fully trained, you’ll be in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), and work remotely the other two days. Typical hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate personal needs. What you’ll be doing Provide operational support and manage high-touch credentialing tasks according to ShiftKey’s standards. Assist BPO partners and internal teams with escalations and inquiries. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all credentialing and service activities. Identify, report, and elevate potential issues to leadership proactively. Research and resolve customer escalations quickly and thoroughly. Perform other duties as assigned. What you’ll need High School Diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, data entry, or related fields required; 1+ years in healthcare compliance, credentialing, privileging, and/or quality preferred. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment required; contact center experience preferred. Excellent time-management and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in email correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace products.
