Manufacturing Technician

Job Overview: Pay Range: $18.00hr - $23.00hr Requirement/Must Have: Minimum 2 years of experience or Associate's Degree in Electronics. Associate degree in Electronics. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of Electronics Theory. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings at a basic level. Basic level of troubleshooting and problem solving. Proficiency in the use of Power Supplies (Low/High Voltage up to 1000V). Proficiency with Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Frequency Generators, and Variable Resistive Loads. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows 10, XP, and Windows 2000. Basic level ability to run and understand software scripts. Experience with SAP and general computer skills. Ability to work weekends as needed. Availability to work 2nd shift (02:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.). Responsibilities: Perform technical duties in functional areas including electronic, mechanical, or systems. Complete tests, measurements, operations, and process controls. Perform technical duties on functional work group projects. Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects. Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material. Maintain production tools and equipment. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them. Read blueprints and identify components. Perform wire preparation, stripping, and crimping. Perform harness repair and termination. Use pertinent manual hand tools. Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation, and programming. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement. Follow written technical procedures. Skills: Troubleshooting. Reading schematics.
