About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for New Business to lead the transformation and scaling of its sales engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for new logo acquisition, revenue performance, and sales productivity, with a focus on mid-market accounts and above. This role demands a leader with a strong track record in new business, deep expertise in the adtech ecosystem, and experience in shaping commercial and go-to-market strategies. The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in building a high-performing, multi-solution sales organization, and will be expected to partner across the customer lifecycle, particularly in the areas of post-sale transitions, retention, and expansion. Applicants for the VP of Sales role at the company should have at least 12 years of relevant sales experience, with a minimum of 6 years in a senior leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a metrics-led approach, be adept at pipeline management, and have a proven ability to lead and transform an AI-first sales team. Hands-on leadership, a deep understanding of both brand and performance marketing, and fluency in the MarTech and RevTech ecosystem are essential. The role requires a leader who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is energized by the prospect of driving meaningful change and growth.
