Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage administrative tasks, and support various office functions. Duties
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
- Support administrative projects such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer literacy with quick typing skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and interpersonal communication
- Personal assistant or office management experience is preferred but not required
