Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production Supervisor Our client in Rothschild, WI is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for leading production teams, supporting safety and quality initiatives, driving schedule execution, and improving overall operational performance. Production Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities and team performance Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow priorities Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management Requirements for Production Supervisor: Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting Experience reading blueprints/2D prints preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Additional industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
